[Asterisk-Dev] unresolved symbols with latest openh323 and chan_h323

You need to make clean  everything (pwlib, open h323 and chan_h323) then 
make opt  pwlib and open h.323
then make install chan_h323.

One cannot simply cvs update Open H.323 or PWLib and expect it to work 
without a full recompile.
