[Asterisk-Dev] SIP: tag fix

For those of you using a service that has a proxy which hands off to a
gateway server this patch will fix a problem where your call will be dropped
in about 20 seconds. The ACK sent in response to the 200 OK could have the
wrong tag in the headers if the tag value changes. Other Symptoms include a
repeating 200 OK/ACK cycle on a SIP trace.
