[Asterisk-Dev] SIP CANCEL/BYE authorization patch

Hello folks,

Please find attached a patch to SIP that sends a Proxy-Authentication header
for BYE and CANCEL. This is required in some Cisco environments. The absence
of this patch can lead to calls not being hung up.
