Log:
Add off-nominal length test for NAPTR.
This test sets bogus lengths for strings in NAPTR records and
ensures that we do not explode when trying to parse them, nor do
we attempt to add invalid records to the result.
Writing this test revealed a few errors in the process:
* The mock NAPTR resolver was sometimes writing extra NULL labels on
domain names
* The NAPTR allocation function did not check for the parsed record to
be too small
