This branch has a boatload of logging to help track problems
in CDR's, for 1.4. It will show pretty ALL cdr operations, where
they are being logged from, and what the hopefully important fields
are. Almost all output is via ast_log(LOG_NOTICE,....);

With this "instrumentation" in place, you can pretty much track all
CDR activity as it occurs in asterisk. I've used it to help follow
some pretty intricate activity in finding probs with transfers.
