Log:
Create a branch for some code inspired by an IRC discussion earlier today with
mmichelson and file.  I don't like the way that this code handles the case where
there are no channels currently in autoservice.  The patch is pretty simple, but
it's an insane hour of the night, so I figure I shouldn't commit it right now. :)
