New queue project. The idea was given to me by John Bigelow. The idea is to be able to specify a numerical position
in which to enter a caller into a queue. A side part of this will be to introduce a channel variable called QUEUEPOSITION
which will tell which position a caller was in when that caller left the queue.

The work necessary to implement this is actually probably not that extensive, but I don't want to overload queues with
too many features from the get-go. This along with the queue-reset branch will wait until the 1.6.1 release before being
merged.
