Log:
Add a bridging technology which groups 2-channel bridges into batches of threads. Right now it is defined to support 8 channels per thread. What does this mean? The first four two channel bridges will all happen within the same thread. The other threads that joined them into the bridge will sleep until needed (such as when DTMF features are used).
