+Made some changes for safety's sake based on some of Russell's suggestions.

+The info_map now contains the explicit ast_event_ie_type as well as the payload
+type and name. This is used as a sanity check for the functions which look up
+payload types and names by IE. The aforementioned sanity check also was added.
