New branch for testing if I can get a hangup saying "the call is answered elsewhere"
from app_dial, so I can tell SIP phones not to show "missed call" since it was actually
answered.

Wonder if there's a proper ISDN cause code for this? Could not really find one.
If so, we could signal this over ISDN as well. Well, who cares about old networks
that are deprecated anyway....
