kpfleming says CDR doesn't really apply to this, as CDR is a pretty specific term that doesn't
really apply to this anymore. He's thinking Call Audit Trail, I'm thinking Channel Event Data Records, we'll 
work on a good catchy name for it later. Right now, it's the "New CDR" system. I think for the moment, 
I won't try to piggy back on the CDR system. We'll have it take on a life of its own, separate and coexistent to the
CDR system. This might be for the best, as the DB tables will be different, afaict, so far.
