+This branch adds advanced video negotiation in SIP to Asterisk. Instead of having
+binary flags for video codecs, Asterisk now handles a more complete video
+negotiation in order to set up different sizes, frame rates and other options.

+We add two code files - capability.c/h - where you can find a lot of information.
