+This is the SIP transfer re-write that now support attended transfers on multiple servers.
+It significantly changes the way we handle incoming REFER transactions.

+Additional features
+- Improved transfer support (we can deny transfers now)
+- A global setting for denying transfers
+- Support for INVITE with replaces headers

+This code is not ready for release, but is used in production.
+It still needs cleaning up. Read more comments and todo's within channels/chan_sip.c
