I can, but it's not just external modules. The "built in" bit doesn't apply to modules that are out of the tree and added while Asterisk is running, so it still does apply to all modules. Whenever I add new modules to a system, I get warnings about the XML docs (they still load, since I don't use sorcery/ACO) and previously there has been no way to get rid of them without restarting. Now running xmldoc reload gets rid of them and the documentation loads.
