I've been getting stuck at:
No config file 'alembic.ini' found, or file has no '[alembic]' section

Does this actually require that a realtime DB be set up? Or is there an easier way of generating it, perhaps manually by taking an existing script and just replacing the revision ID values? Would that be acceptable?
