Change subject: CHANGES: Delete orphaned geolocation files
......................................................................

CHANGES: Delete orphaned geolocation files

Not sure how but the res_geolocation.txt and
res_pjsip_geolocation.txt files seem to be orphaned and need
to be removed. This is a 16-only commit.
