>From a project level I am making the decision not to accept this new module based on comments and feedback from other individuals in the project, both user and developer. Since it is a standalone module you can maintain this externally and drop it in for building. The ASTERISK issue can remain open with a reference to where it is located elsewhere, and if a substantial number of people see value and use it then this decision can be revisited in the future.
