I don't even know where to start with that.
I looked at both the remove_existing test and the PJSIP Qualify tests, but don't really understand how any of the testsuite works.

My plan (if I knew how) would be to copy the remove_existing test, and add a single qualifying endpoint and a failing to qualify endpoint, but I don't know how to make a qualifying endpoint.
