You can do two things. 1) Continue, and then fixup the merge problem, or 2) cherry-pick on your local machine (or apply patch to new branch however your setup), resolve merge conflict and then push that review to gerrit.

Since this test consists mostly of newly added files my guess is it has a problem with the tests.yaml file. So should be a fairly insignificant conflict and you could probably continue and fix it up easy enough through the UI.
