Change subject: pjproject: Upgrade bundled version to pjproject 2.10
......................................................................

Patch Set 1:

Kevin means, PJSIP_EXPIRES_NOT_SPECIFIED does not exists in PJSIP 2.9 and earlier, for example. When I compile with an external PJProject and that external PJProject is 2.9 or earlier, the build fails. Consequently, this new (un)signed stuff must be detected somehow.
