Change subject: _pjsua: Build even with Clang.
......................................................................

Patch Set 1:

Caused by <https://gerrit.asterisk.org/4030>.

Tested in a minimal installation of the upcoming Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (Focal) which does not come with GCC out of the box. Compiles, links, and the shared library _pjsua.so is present in the file system. Otherwise one would get an Error 127 while linking. I know this is just for the Asterisk Test Suite. Therefore the Developer Mode and the Test Framework must have been selected. Anyway, I see no reason why the Compiler GCC is hardcoded here, especially as it works with the Compiler Clang as well, especially because for compiling it was not hardcoded, just for linking.
