Remove config in place for cdr_unanswered_yes

The commit 9bac75575269d075da904ca196c16d6d90299817 introduce the use
the shared configuration for unanswered option. This change remove the
configuration file in place of directory of tests to use to the setting
in the test-config.yaml file.
