PS1, Line 796: 	$(INSTALL) -m 644 include/asterisk.h "$(DESTDIR)$(includedir)"
> install-headers needs to create directories $(DESTDIR)$(ASTHEADERDIR)
 > and $(DESTDIR)$(ASTHEADERDIR)/doxygen.

"-D -t" tells install to create the target directories.
