Change subject: pbx_dundi: added support for PJSIP in dundi mappings
......................................................................

Patch Set 1:

I was referring to the outbound side of things, not the inbound. As you say the inbound can be configured appropriately (using an anonymous endpoint) to allow such calls. What can't be configured is the endpoint to use on the calling side except if provided by the remote DUNDi server that returns for the query - thus requiring knowledge of both sides. The default outbound endpoint in pjsip.conf is not used for calls.
