Patch Set 2:

I think it would be better if the subsystem name is provided on creating the taskprocessor instead of parsing the taskprocessor name.
For example PJSIP should call ast_sip_create_serializer with "pjsip" subsystem name, Sorcery should call ast_threadpool_serializer with "sorcery" subsystem name, etc.
