Patch Set 1:

While this would work I think a res_format_attr_h265 module would be good to have too. According to the RFC[1] there are SDP attributes that can be exchanged. If you don't want to implement it, I'd suggest extending the CHANGES entry to make it clear that they are not supported yet.
