Patch Set 1:

Would you mind testing these with REF_DEBUG enabled?  In most cases when doing pjsip call testing you should add the following to pjsip.conf:
[system]
type=system
timer_t1=100
timer_b=6400

This causes the timer_b to expire faster than the test-config.yaml option 'memcheck-delay-stop: 7'.  By default timer_b is too long and the testsuite stops Asterisk before memory is cleaned - this causes tests to fail when REF_DEBUG is enabled.
