Patch Set 1: Code-Review-1

This change doesn't fix the issue. Testsuite still fails. There are two solutions for this issue, one: as indicated by kharrel on ASTERISK-28096 to rewrite the test without pjsua, or, two: use pjsua with codecs enabled.  Since I am currently working on this same issue assigned to me as SWP-10503 I would appreciate if get to work on it till I complete it.  Thanks
