Patch Set 1: Code-Review-1

Two main issues:
* None of the tests.yaml have been updated.  For example you need to remove all but one line from tests/sorcery/tests.yaml.
* You have deleted test-config.yaml for non-eligible tests, but left behind all other files from the test.  I think we need to do `git rm -r` on each non-eligible test directory, otherwise we will have no way to find them for removal later.
