Change subject: Disable the chan_sip path support test.

Disable the chan_sip path support test.

This test is attempting to use an address that doesn't resolve resulting
in part of the test hanging for a prolonged period of time. If it gives
up before the test is killed then the test passes, if it doesn't then the
test fails.
