Patch Set 1:

> An error? The maximum should be a notice.

Once you prevent the message from printing during shutdown the bug will be resolved (it will no longer log any message during graceful shutdown).

If an admin explicitly requests a module unload it is an error if Asterisk fails to complete the requested action (a warning at minimum).
