Patch Set 1:

I'm indifferent to this change but feel it's worth asking if we want to start adding IDE specific exceptions.  Personally I use .git/info/exclude to ignore anything that is specific to my environment.

If we do add this maybe we should have a comment in .gitignore before these entries to say what they're for?
