Change subject: Fix realtime mapping of yesno boolean types
......................................................................

Patch Set 2:

The documentation was last updated last year, https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Installing+the+Asterisk+Test+Suite There is now also an install_prereq script for the testsuite in the contrib/scripts directory of it. If you have a specific issue after looking we can try to solve that so the testsuite is working.

As for what to do - we need to avoid altering behavior. This means that options should accept what they previously did. Ideally the dialplan functions would also return the same, but that would be difficult since they use the same thing that the realtime storage does in some areas.
