Patch Set 1:

I accepted Walter's change against all branches because of the behavior change between having res_srtp loaded and not loaded. Having them be the same and have a message which is useful is good. People ran into the problem before and understanding what was going on took some time. Actually supporting it, which you're doing here, would be a new feature and applicable to master.
