Patch Set 1:

There a the initially piece of work to add support for using testsuite with Python 3.

I could run the testsuite of tests/cdr with Python3/2.7

The others tests have not been migrated yet.

For using with Python 3 is need install startpy with Python3 support, this is present into open Pull Request https://github.com/asterisk/starpy/pull/40
