(sorry for the mistake in patch 6)

This one has code to copied and pasted in the consumer modules to check the transport.

I also have a slightly different one implementing the common code in res_pjsip.c but I don't know if this can be merged to branch 13 because it exports a new function.

Should I post this other version here as a further patch?
