Patch Set 3:

Addressed the first two review comments, and also added to cli confbridge list the 'd' flag, as well as updated the help and completion for cli.

Not using yet silence generator, as I'm not sure how to do it. And this method certainly keeps the clocks synchronized by driving the bridge channel in sync with the other channels. If silence generator is preferred, please let me know how to do it properly and so that the audio clocks do not drift.
