Patch Set 1:

No cherry-pick (just master) because Asterisk users (automatic scripts) might depend on the current output and expect two values %d/%d. If you think that risk is low, I cherry-pick to the other branches (currently 13 and 11) as well. This is part 2 of 3 of ASTERISK-26097.
