Patch Set 1:

Any idea what I should write? This is not a new feature but a bug. Actually, I expected Session-Timers to work even on TCP/TLS. Or shall I write it in a style like: ’Look-out for this bug-fix, it might affect your call stability for SIP connections done via TCP/TLS!‘
