I looked through the tests that used the 'stop_test' action. I found only one other that could suffer from a similar problem, so I added the parameters for it too.

There were also a few ari tests that used the stop_test actions and some seemed a little suspicious. However since the trigger-on-count is for ami events only something if those tests do cause a problem we can fix them up then.
