Dang it.  After running it several times before posting this patch it never failed.  Because of your query I set it up to loop 100 times and it failed the first time the loop ran it.

I've come up with another way to ensure that the reinvite completes before the call is disconnected.  I'll make the dialplan run Echo instead of Wait and make the endpoint_A scenario initiate the BYE.
