You can test insuring the bundled version is used by installing pjproject from their trunk to system and making sure that HAVE_PJSIP_DLG_CREATE_UAS_AND_INC_LOCK is NOT defined in autoconfig.h after a configure.  That api isn't available in the bundled 2.4.5.
