Patch Set 1:

My only concern with this is that while the RFC says you MAY do it, I'm not certain how other implementations will actually handle and work with this. Some may be fine, some may not. Provided only more exotic codecs (ones unlikely to be implemented by older implementations) use those payloads it may be fine.
