Change subject: Scripts: check file versions of Asterisk and dependencies
......................................................................

Patch Set 5:

The duplicate libasteriskssl file in the alternate path is getting put into the list of files to be checked, along with the one in the prefix location. Although not obvious (it's one of the located X files lines that got squashed) it was located.

The error in the case of the /usr/lib/libpjsip.so.2 file is because the script was unable to find a matching binary file in the pjsip/build source path. If you were to rebuild pjsip that error should go away.
