Patch Set 1:

Attempts to use PJsua alone had problems such as the to-tag in the Refer-To header of the REFER being empty caused by a reinvite that pjsua hadn't processed yet. Also pjsua does not give any indication that a hold wasn't successful when a 491 SIP message is received. Attempts to use SIPp with direct media... that never goes well.

Sniffing SIP packets and using PJsua allows working around the uncontrollable problems with what we have available.

No failures occurred on 100 executions of each test.
