Patch Set 5:

I thought about deleting the temporary local repo, but I actually don't want to do that. In the context of a larger release - where we are making branches, tags, and tarballs - the local repo will have many such operations made upon it. Having the release_summary script perform that would require re-building the local repo, which would dramatically increase the amount of time it takes to build the release.
