I have created a call file using java app and writing that file to the /var/spool/asterisk/outgoing/  everytime and it works sometimes normallybut after 2/3 times execution, it shows the bellow errors
apply_outgoing: At least one of app or extension must be specified, along with tech and dest in file /var/spool/asterisk/outgoing/test.call
scan_service: Invalid file contents in /var/spool/asterisk/outgoing/test.call, deleting
