Using the latest 18.14 release, when : 

- the PJSIP endpoint has the from_domain  parameter set (in order to present an FQDN in the SIP exchanges)
- endpoint has trust_id_outbound and trust_id_inbound set to yes
- send_pai set to true


- setting CALLERID(pres) = prohib

=> Adds a Privacy: id header, and a P-Asserted-Identity with the real callerid number and the proper FQDN in the sip URI.


=> Transforms the From header to <anonymous at FQDN>.

RFC 3323 states that for anonymous calls, the URI's FQDN SHOULD be replaced with "anonymous.invalid". This is not a MUST, a specific parameter or option might be a proper way of handling this.
