Config + ari-py code for reproducing this crash with pjsua.  Should reproduce in a few minutes on asterisk 18.0+.

Note there is some config for the network - we test asterisk with a manually configured network in order to reproduce some of our iax2 trunking setups and I've preserved that here.  Remember to change the IP addresses and ports in these configs / in the program to match asterisk as you are running it.
