scenario iterator created per: ASTERISK-30214 needs yaml support so that it can be configured within the existing cfg framework.

Once yaml support has been added, the existing mwi/batch tests can be modified to use this method:
tests/channels/pjsip/subscriptions/rls/lists/nominal/mwi/batched
